Fictional warehouse: no real orders, parcels or couriers. Sparks have no monetary value.
STAFF DOOR
Welcome to the back room.
Every find in the shop has to reach someone. Take a shift: pick the orders from the shelves, pack them safely, and choose a courier. No clock unless you want one, and nothing piles up while you're away.

⭐ReportStars, a tip and your rewards
About the money: the store's money is counted in shop credits (cr). They pay for postage, stock and marketing, and they are separate from your Sparks: running the store never spends your wallet. (Your first shift each day earns a Spark bonus.)
About 5 to 10 minutes. You can stop at any step.

GOODS IN
A delivery has arrived
Check every line of the delivery against the order before you sign. Count the units, and look for damage or anything that doesn't belong.
STEP 1 · ORDERS IN
Today's orders
Read the notes: they matter at the packing bench and the courier desk.
STEP 2 · PICK
Walk the shelves
Select a bin to walk there and pick from it. If a find is out of stock, match a substitute to the customer's preferences first. Every order is picked in one trip. Fewer steps is better: try to match Pip's shortest route.

How picking works
If a find is out of stock, first choose a same-department substitute at or below its price, or leave it unfilled.
Read a code on the pick list, for example E-03.
E is the aisle (the big letter on top) and 03 is the shelf in that aisle.
Tap that bin to walk there and pick it. Tap a pick-list item to light up its bin.
When every choice is settled and every bin is ticked, head back to the packing bench.

STEP 3 · PACK
Pack the order
Choose the smallest box that fits, and the right padding. A box has to be long enough as well as roomy enough, and fragile finds need bubble wrap.
Order
STEP 4 · SHIP
Choose a courier
Each courier trades off price, speed and care. More than one answer can be fine. Postage is in shop credits (cr): the store's own money, separate from your Sparks.
STEP 5 · CUSTOMER DESK
Customer messages
Choose the reply that solves the problem kindly. Some customers just want to be heard.
MARKETING DEPT.
Bring customers in
Choose a find, a channel, a message and an offer. Results arrive after your next shift, or tomorrow.

Is the shop making money?
This week's numbers, built from your own shifts and campaigns. Figures are in shop credits (cr), not Sparks. The Cash-flow calendar is a separate practice round.

STOCK ROOM
Keep the shelves right
Every find in your warehouse, how much is left and how fast it sells. Reorder what's running low, and don't overfill: stock on the shelf is money waiting to come back.

PRODUCT LISTING STUDIO
Help them choose well
Read the evidence, check the facts and improve the listing. Follow its questions and returns over later shifts.
BUYING DESK
What belongs on your shelves?
Balance demand, contribution and shelf space. Start small, learn from sales and reorder what works.
